I personally have tested this file on Glowforge Pro! If resizing you must make sure the top and bottom layer is the EXACT same size or else the sign will not be equally layered.

Laser tricks & tips :

I use 1/8 inch whiteboard MDF for the back layer. Then to get the burn marks off, I just take some glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth and it all comes right off! Top layer pictured is Baltic Birch. To attach the layered sign, I use E6000 glue. All of this is personal preferences, please note this design can be used with a variety of material and in a variety of different ways!
