I personally have tested this file on Glowforge! These earrings are designed to have a stud post glued to the back of the gingerbread itself instead of using earring hooks!
*Laser cutter tips*
I use masked MDF on medium draft board settings on the Glowforge to cut out the earrings. I use Posca fine tip paint pens. Please resize to your liking!

The gingerbread house was a little tricky no matter how I set the settings without making the house too big, but I love how the gingerbread man came out. I just made those into studs. I have bought other files from this shop and all have worked out.
